Please be advised that the Boo-tique is a one-person business (hi, I'm Kitty) and I manage, stock, pack orders and answer all emails and messages myself. Please be patient around busy seasons (Halloween especially), all orders are packed and sent within 3 working days of receipt, usually the next working day.
Orders over £40 will be sent tracked and require a signature on arrival, all other orders will be sent by Royal Mail Standard. However, large orders over £40 may be split into multiple boxes and sent via Royal Mail Standard to ensure that the shipping costs stay low and I can pass the savings on to you. The majority of orders (with the exception of very small items and single cards (large letter size) will have proof of posting available on request. I carefully wrap and package each item to protect during transit and beyond.
At this time, the Boo-tique is shipping to the UK and to EU countries only. As a fair amount of the products I stock are readily available in the USA and not from other stockists in the UK, my aim is to provide these to customers who may not have easy access to them without paying high prices. However, if you live in the USA or outside of the EU and see a product you love, please feel free to get in touch and I can help you out, whether it be finding you a supplier nearby or potentially arranging a one-off order. Happy to help!
Returns will only be accepted on faulty products or items damaged in transit. Please message me if you receive a damaged or faulty item and I will ensure we get it sorted out for you. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, and I will do my best to provide a like-for-like replacement item. If this is not available/out of stock, I can provide a refund or Boo-tique gift card for the item cost, minus the shipping.
