You have a bunch of payment options available through the Boo-tique Collective (covering purchases from Kitty's Boo-tique, The Kitschenette, The Spooky Self-Care Society and Behind the Sofa Podcast - with the exception of The Horror Movie Store and Horror Book Store).
To pay for your purchase straight away (rather than using instalments) you can choose to pay via your credit or debit card and your payment will be processed securely. You may also choose to pay via Apple Pay, Google Pay or PayPal as usual, selecting your chosen payment method at checkout. Payment through Paypal eCheque requires clearing times of 5-7 working days, orders will only be posted after payment has cleared. (More information on eCheques)
Please note: Currently only available to customers in the United Kingdom, Germany, Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Finland, Austria, Switzerland and the Netherlands (select your country to learn more). You can spread the cost of your purchase with Klarna, choosing your items and receiving them during the standard 1-3 working day turnaround, but deferring your payments to suit your budget.
We offer Pay Later with Klarna, select this option at checkout and defer your payment for up to 30 days.
There's also Split it, where you can split your payments into three instalments - Klarna requests a £35 minimum spend for this option.
HOW DOES IT WORK?
If you have chosen to Pay Later, Klarna will send you an email with further details on how to pay. Your email will contain a link to Klarna's payment site where you can settle your payment to Klarna.
WHO ARE KLARNA?
Klarna are a payment service provider, from Sweden, who take end-to-end responsibility for your payment. They support 60 million consumers worldwide in over 70,000 online stores and are very safe to use.
DO KLARNA PERFORM A CREDIT SEARCH?
Klarna does not run credit searches against you that could impact your credit rating. Klarna may run a quotation search which is an enquiry which only you, and no other companies, can see and which does not affect credit scoring.
WHAT DO I NEED TO PROVIDE WHEN I MAKE A PURCHASE?
If you want to make a purchase with Klarna you need to provide your name, address and email address. For some orders you may need to provide your mobile number or date of birth, too. All information will be sent to your email address, including payment reminders and links to your online statements.
WHAT IF I DON’T PAY ON TIME?
If you do not pay on time Klarna will send you a reminder, after your first reminder, if you do not pay the balance, Klarna will send you another reminder, followed by a third reminder after this if you have not paid the balance. If after your third reminder you have still not paid the balance your details will be passed to a debt collection agency which may affect your credit rating.
